Job Overview
You will be responsible for creating CAD models to enhance the production process, creating a smooth transition from design to casting to fabrication. This role works closely with the Workshop and Production teams to channel the elements of design into a precisely measured rendering ready for production. Success in this role means you are open to pivot to priority projects and thrive under tight deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy in your craft.
About the Role
- Transforms concepts, drawings, and designs into digital 3D models, collaborating with designers and jewelers to create one-of-a-kind wearable pieces
- Utilizes a technical understanding of jewelry manufacturing to create CAD models ready for production
- Analyzes designs and communicates best recommendations to ensure realistic execution and sustainable integrity of the piece
- Provides innovative solutions to gaps between design and fabrication, reaching a yes for every client
- Executes 3D models with commercially-mindedness at the forefront
- Partners with external vendors throughout casting process, with agility to update designs quickly in response to fabrication needs or client preferences
What You Bring to the Team
- You have a strong working knowledge of Rhino, Z-Brush, Matrix, Adobe CS, or similar design tools.
- You have an interest to add to your knowledge base by becoming versed in new technologies and techniques.
- You understand the importance of clear, effective communication.
- Your attention to detail is unwavering. Mise en place has meaning to you.

Pay Transparency
Targeted base compensation range starts at $27/hour plus annual bonus. The total compensation package is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Our Work Environment
Our workplace is clean, orderly, appropriately lighted and ventilated with the proper safety compliance.
