ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
Process bi-weekly, weekly, 13-period payroll, adjustments, verification of all reimbursements and processing wage garnishments withholding

Input personnel changes into the system applicable and keep employee and computer records updated with current information
Resolve payroll issues within established guidelines and answer questions regarding payroll policies in reference to the employee handbook
Answers telephone, emails, ServiceNow inquiries and distributes information to the field
Auditing payroll reports prior to transmission
Open and distribute mail, faxing, scanning, and filing
Fulfill other related duties as assigned
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High school diploma
FPC and/or CPP
2+ years’ experience working with multi-state payroll
Intermediate Excel skills
Working knowledge of Workday and Dayforce
*All degrees will be deemed “or equivalent combination of education and experience” unless absolutely required to do the job (i.e., DVM degree for Veterinarian, Law degree for Attorney, etc.)

Additional Information Compensation is negotiable based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. The US base hourly range for this full-time position is $22.00 - $33.00 / Hourly.
