Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Human Resources Assistant.

In this role, the successful candidate under general supervision and according to detailed procedures and processes the Human Resources Assistant is responsible for the following but not limited to the: answering employee questions, maintaining department files and various computer systems by updating and entering data. Performs various administrative tasks, for example: composing and typing correspondence, organizing and gather employment information, directing applicants and employment staff to the proper departments also includes creating: purchase orders to order supplies, retirement clocks, processing incoming mail and any other items needed. This position requires use of discretion and judgment when screening important visitors, phone calls, relaying confidential information and supports organizational and operational responsibilities.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalency
At least 1 year of office clerical experience
Analytical skills/ Microsoft Office Skills
Organizational skills
Ability to file in alphabetical order
Professional interpersonal skills
Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail for up to 80% of work time
Basic analytical skills
Ability to work collaboratively with all staff members
