Establishes excellent customer relations by providing prompt and courteous service and assistance in person, on the phone and by mail. Assists cu! stomers with account problems, special requests and information. Acts as a liasion between customer and various departments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Other duties may be assigned.
Greet all customers and directs them to appropriate department.
Provide support to Personal bankers, including greeting and directing customers, pulling files, gathering information and preparing various forms and documents.
Assist customers with check orders, check card disputes, changing PIN numbers, wire transfers and account information.
Answer questions and handle problems concerning checking and savings accounts, certificates of deposit and loans.
Possess in depth knowledge of the bank’s products and services to effectively cross-sell.
Provide excellent and efficient customer service and complaint resolution; follow up on issues to insure customer satisfaction.
Prioritize multiple customer requests to provide maximu! m service levels to all customers.
Participate in on-going! Service and Sales training.

Requirements: QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Three to six months related banking experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Must demonstrate a working knowledge of personal computers, Word/Excel software programs, reading skills to further include ability to produce business letters and memos, strong interpersonal communication skills, strong telephone skills, strong customer service skills, good time management and organizational skills.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read a! nd comprehend instructions in oral or written forms. Ability to write correspondence and reports. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
