RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Assisting waitstaff and our guests in all areas of the restaurant in a prompt, courteous and professional manner
Greeting guests by offering them a warm, heartfelt welcome to the dining room
Cleaning and reset counters and tables
Assisting servers with all beverage service by refilling beverages when appropriate
Ensuring prompt, accurate service with anticipation of and compliance with all guestsâ and waitstaff needs
REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to work long shifts and varied hours
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Excellent people skills
Excellent communication skills
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Previous Food & Beverage experience
Fine Dining experience
LOCATION SPECIFIC INFORMATION:
Mural Room at Jackson Lake Lodge is a culinary experience with a twist which defines Rocky Mountain cuisine. The Mural R! oom offers local buffalo and sustainable seafoodâ"with all pr! epared fresh at our on-site butcher shop and bakery. For breakfast, our buffet offers delicacies such as Belgian waffles and Eggs Benedict. For lunch we offer a selection of small dishes, salads, sandwiches and light fare options. The dessert menu features new age desserts along with homemade ice cream and sorbets. A Busperson at this location is also responsible for restocking all side stations. Our season is typically May through October.
Pioneer Grill at Jackson Lake Lodge offers a less formal setting, for breakfast, lunch and dinner in a classic 1950âs-style service. Pioneer Grill has a friendly atmosphere and serves classic American food like buffalo burgers and pan-seared rainbow trout, hot sandwiches and timeless classics like homemade meat loaf, homemade chili and classic Liver and Onions. Take-out service is also available. Pioneer Grill boasts of its milk shakes made from homemade ice cream.
Blue Heron Lounge at Jackson Lake Lodge offers a casu! al dining rendezvous. The newly introduced concept includes delectable small bite lunch offerings and tapas style finger food small plates for dinner showcasing new fusion cuisines and dishes. A Busperson at this location is also responsible for completing all assigned pre-shift side duties to ensure that the dining room is set and ready to go 15 minutes prior to opening. Our season is typically May through October.
Ranch House at Colter Bay âs menu features classics and new evolved cuisine in a ranch house setting perfect for every age, offering breakfast buffet, soup and salad baked potato bar for lunch. Guests can relax at the bar or in a comfortable booth for a hearty dinner and take advantage of the soup and salad bar. The Ranch House is a high volume restaurant running up to 800 covers per day. This position generally works a 32-48 hour work week, mid May through September.
Jenny Lake Lodge âs Executive Chef along with the talented culinary team ! at Jenny Lake Lodge put together menus that rival many restaurants arou! nd the country. The Dining Room serves breakfast, lunch, and a 5-course dinner with an award-winning wine list. Breakfast and dinner are included with stays, and dinner menus rotate nightly. Lunch is available daily and is a unique opportunity for those passing through the Park to experience this exquisite dining destination. This position generally works a 40 - 48 hour work week from the end of May through early October.
Headwaters Lodgeâs Sheffields Restaurant and Bar is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner for a hearty meal offering local mouth-watering cuisine. At the Bar, guests will relax in our western saloon and reminisce about their adventures while enjoying a variety of local brews and spirits. Our restaurant is a high volume, fast paced environment and is a great opportunity to interact with our guests and provide an Experience of a Lifetime.
