Description: Sinclair Transportation Company is presently looking of Pipeline Area Operator right now, this occupation will be placed in Wyoming. Sinclair Transportation Company has need of a full-time Pipeline Area Operator to work in our Pipeline division in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Responsibilities will include: overse! eing activities within assigned operating area (safety, security, liquid measurement, maintenance, line marking, “one-call†response, etc.), complete regulatory required inspection and maintenance, support the cathodic protection department within their operating area, emergency response anytime necessary (may require after hours work). The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Mechanical experience with pumps, valves, tanks, etc., and/or previous pipeline experience preferred. This individual will be required to successfully complete a HAZMAT training course and regular safety training, pass a pre-employment fit-for-duty evaluation specific to the position, pass a pre-employment drug screen and be subject to subsequent random tests while employed, and have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
