v Manage/ Administer the following network & systems infrastructure
Ø LAN/WAN - design, implement, and maintain
Ø Projects - design and implementation
Ø Security/Firewall - design, implement and maintain
Ø Voice - design, implement and maintain
Ø Office 365 - deploy and maintain
Ø Web filtering - maintain for clients
Ø Network/Systems- monitoring (GFI, Solarwinds Orion)
Ø Network related backups
Ø Symantec .cloud - maintain & deploy
Ø Desktop Central Patch Management
Ø Windows Active Directory Infrastructure
Ø Micr! osoft Exchange 2010
Ø Virtual infrastructure (VMware)
v Timesheet Entry
v Quoting and bidding jobs related to qualifications
v Troubleshooting any IT related problems
v Technical support via on site, phone, or email
v Assist and support less experienced personnel
v Create/maintain documentation for systems & networks
v Lead installation and migration projects
v Other Duties as assigned
Scheduled Duties
Ø Daily - Check IPS & Solarwinds
Ø Daily - Verify network backups
Ø Daily â€" Manage Service Desk
Ø Weekly â€" Server Updates & Patches
Ø Monthly â€" Some on-call duties
Ø Quarterly - Network updates
Ø Yearly - Tracking and renewal of certifications
