JOB SUMMARY: It's Good is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to the Head of Operations and assisting in various operational tasks. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with start-up stage companies and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. This is a part-time position with an estimated workload of 5-10 hours per week.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage calendar of employee milestones: The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for maintaining a calendar of important employee milestones such as birthdays and work anniversaries. They will oversee the process of executing personalized gifts, cards, and recognition in a timely manner.
Execute virtual teambuilding events: The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for organizing and managing virtual teambuilding events. They will actively brainstorm and develop new ideas to foster team connection and engagement.
Coordinate quarterly in-person team meetings: The Administrative Assistant will take charge of all logistics related to quarterly in-person team meetings. This includes conducting location research, making hotel reservations, coordinating flight bookings for all employees, arranging meeting spaces, organizing teambuilding events, making dinner reservations, arranging catering, and creating agendas.
Provide administrative support to the leadership team: The Administrative Assistant will assist the leadership team with various administrative tasks. This may include scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, preparing reports, and other general administrative duties.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably in a start-up stage company.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and requirements.
