Day to Day ResponsibilitiesMaintains good customer relations.Escalates problems to next support level.Works independently. May learn maintenance and service routines on other than assigned products.Must be able to work a flexible work schedule. Hours may include mornings, evenings and weekends as required to meet the needs of our customers. Overtime may be required on occasion.Performs other duties as assigned.Technical Skills RequiredUnderstands and executes written and oral instructions.Maintain basic PC skills (Word, Excel, etc.)Must ha! ve valid driver's license and maintain "approved" driver statu! s; have and maintain a reliable vehicle with appropriate insurance, if driving own vehicle; or maintain company vehicle according to established schedule and policies.Ability to lift and/or move equipment weighing up to 100 pounds.Critical Skills: Builds Trust Problem SolvingCommunicationsCustomer ServiceTeam Orientation/CollaborationQuality Orientation/Attention to DetailEducation/Experience Must have high school diploma or GEDDemonstrates mechanical, technical, electronic aptitude.Some technical school training preferred, but not required.
