Team Lead - LUV Bridal

As a TEAM LEAD you will contribute to the success of your store as a leader to your teammates and providing our brides with a memorable experience. As a team lead you will be an expert on the labels that we carry and the operations of the store. You are a great listener and able to understand the needs of your team and our Brides. Always thinking a step ahead, you will be working to improve the experience in our store and how we operate. As a member of the team, you are willing to roll up your selves and help when needed.
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
- You will support store leadership maintain a customer centric environment through service, educating, and daily procedures.
- Works with the LUV leadership team to create an engaging experience in the showrooms.
- Create positive energy in your appointments that makes guests rave about their experience.
- Present yourself in a professional manner to the team and customers.
- Make confirmation calls, schedule appointments, and schedule follow up appointments
- Planning and/or participating in events (in-store/out-of-store).
- Builds relationships with vendors within their community (I.e. Bridal Shows, Networking Events, etc).
- Continually thinking of opportunities to evolve the customers experience.
GROWING SALES
- You will support store leadership maintain a customer centric environment through service, educating, and daily procedures.
- Assist in managing the showroom floor when not in appointments and assisting stylists as needed.
- Works with the LUV leadership team to create an engaging experience in the showrooms.
- Create positive energy in your appointments that makes guests rave about their experience.
- Maintain an average 50% closing ratio.
- Coach and mentor stylist on how to be more successful in their appointments.
- Support the manager in motivating the team to hit goals.
OPERATIONS
- You are an expert on store operations and act as a mentor to your fellow teammates.
- Processing shipment in a timely manner and maintaining the receiving line.
- Ensures that stockroom and showroom floor is in order and clean.
- Steaming gowns, pricing new inventory, and shipping product as needed.
- Completing all follow ups in a timely manner and holding other team members accountable.
- Knowledge of coding and able to input orders with accuracy.
- Assisting other team members with tasks as needed.
THE DETAILS
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
- 2-5 years of retail experience in bridal or other service based business
- Ability to coach and lead by example
- Interest in fashion and trends
- Humble and able to work in a team environment
- This job does require to sit, stand, kneel for potentially long periods of time. It will also require you to lift items that may be over 25 lbs.
Please note, this position is required to work weekends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
