Los Angeles Tennis Club is a private equity club considered a “home away from home” for members and their guests. With its vision of being a community in motion, the Club facility offers 17 courts ( 2 of which are Har-Tru courts); private and group tennis lessons and clinics taught by a team of certified tennis pros; robust tennis programming for all ages and levels; a recently renovated gym with personal trainers and fitness classes; a 25-yard-long heated, saline pool offering water aerobic classes and swimming lessons.
Treasured as a gathering place, members and their guests enjoy meals together, a drink in the bar with a pristine view of the iconic Hollywood sign, celebrate holidays and special occasions, or spend a lazy, languid day poolside.
This position requires the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks and make quick decisions. We're looking for an individual who has a positive attitude and is eager to learn new skills. Preferred experience includes working with the public, administrative duties, and utilizing office equipment like printers and photocopiers.

Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages to callers.
- Answer questions about the club and its services, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
- Greet members and guests and provide information about club amenities.
- Check members and guests into the club upon their arrival.
- Know and follow all safety, security, fire, and sanitation procedures.
- Use computer to send emails, access membership database, update club communications and website information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
