Pay Range: $21/hr. - $25/hr. (Actual compensation is commensurate with job related knowledge, skills, experience, etc.)

Overview

The Work Order Specialist will work closely to communicate and provide directions to the supporting biller to ensure the initial bill provided to the team is clean and accurate. This position is also responsible for the clean-up of data profiles and regularly communicates updates to Contract Data Management with changes/corrections to site profiles, quickly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review reports (at a minimum of one week prior) to the bill being due to the client.
    • Review for any anomalies and work with the Account management team- i.e. If sites are not active but generating work orders work through corrections and resolution
  • Provide a list of open orders to the VRT
  • Review and communicate orders that need to be voided prior to the close of the month to CDM.
    • Communication to CDM must include site profile corrections where needed.
    • Review workorders by checking if it is processed to a different workorder (used somewhere else like recycling and trash on same invoice, and the trash workorder is used and recycling not picked up so needs to be voided).
  • Review Client bills with Finance and provide Billing Verification for Key Account Manager. Create all client credits with proper approval from Finance.
    • Review sites changes with Account Manager and relevant stakeholders with Account Manager and relevant stakeholders, at least monthly
    • Review changes of services with Account Manager and relevant stakeholders, at least monthly
  • Work the MU, as needed
  • Provide Account Manager with Client reporting/research as needed
    • Coordinate with CDM to ensure Site Profiles are accurate to facilitate improved work order process
    • Coordinate with CDM to ensure all price increases have been processed for both the Client & Vendor (AR and AP)
    • Knowledge of client pass-through increases
    • Knowledge of client contract and restrictions also increases
  • Other specialist projects, as requested by the team or client

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication skills using various tools
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Proficient in excel and Power BI
  • Extremely detail-oriented
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Have a numbers acumen
