Data Entry Clerk
Essential Job Functions:
- Enter data into system in a timely manner.
- Verify data for accuracy.
- Process purchase orders and track all items received.
- Order parts/supplies through vendors
- Setup new vendor accounts as needed
- Provide support to A/P and A/R depts as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Perform other office duties such as copying, scanning, mailing, and filing.
- Track inventory and process reports for customers on a monthly basis.
- Schedule appointments and trucks as needed.
Skills:
- Experience in a data entry position
- Inventory experience a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Good knowledge of English language and basic math skills.
- Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- High level of accuracy inputting data
- Ability to interact with customers and vendors on a regular basis
- Ability to Multitask in a fast paced work environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
