Data Entry Clerk

Essential Job Functions:

  • Enter data into system in a timely manner.
  • Verify data for accuracy.
  • Process purchase orders and track all items received.
  • Order parts/supplies through vendors
  • Setup new vendor accounts as needed
  • Provide support to A/P and A/R depts as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information.
  • Perform other office duties such as copying, scanning, mailing, and filing.
  • Track inventory and process reports for customers on a monthly basis.
  • Schedule appointments and trucks as needed.

Skills:

  • Experience in a data entry position
  • Inventory experience a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Good knowledge of English language and basic math skills.
  • Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • High level of accuracy inputting data
  • Ability to interact with customers and vendors on a regular basis
  • Ability to Multitask in a fast paced work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
