Coordinate, assist or lead in accurately and efficiently diagnosing and repairing problems on a variety of production and process equipment and systems on site at client locations. This can be a long term career if you enjoy on the job training, technical development, working independently, working in a non-shop environment, using a Company provided truck, and great camaraderie with coworkers. Use your customer service skills and mechanical abilities to find solutions for our customers. We provide 24/7 coverage i! n sometimes extreme weather conditions to respond to customer ! needs, but always with safety as a number one priority.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for submitting accurate maintenance reports, and other required paperwork as well as parts oversight and supply inventories to minimize investment while maintaining a sufficient level to ensure proper job performance
Responds/coordinates to emergency maintenance and/or service requests Maintain safe work habits
Utilize hand held computer to perform many job functions
Work overtime, weekends, and/or on call whenever necessary
Basic Qualifications
Valid driver’s license
Must have own hand tools up to 1 ¼ inch (or willing to provide)
6 months MS Office experience
3 years experience setting up, troubleshooting and making repairs to oil and gas production equipment
Ability to read, write, speak and understand basic English
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Knowledge of production equipment packages including all ! component systems
Knowledge of oil, gas and water separation processes
Production and process equipment training/schooling
Strong ability to adhere to safety procedures
Customer service experience
