POSITION SUMMARY

Provide administrative support to the HR department which includes a full range of office and clerical functions and special duties and projects as assigned. Specifically in support of the human resources department which will include wage and benefits and maintain important company files both electronically and hard copy. Interact with employees to answer questions and help them understand their pay and benefits.!

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Ability to work safely and promote the safe behavior in others

Ability to assist HR department in carrying out various human resources administrative programs and procedures including recruiting, benefit compensation, data entry

Ability to prepare reports; analyzes data, including staffing numbers, attendance data and absentee statistics

Must be willing to work overtime as necessary

High School diploma or G.E.D

Prefer two years experience in and/or knowledge of Human Resources or related field

Organizational skills; must be very detailed orientated, accurate, and organized

Interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to work effectively with all organizational levels. Communications skills: strong ability to communicate verbally and in writing

Requires initiative, results orientation, good people skills, good analytical skills, proficiency with computer application! s (all Microsoft Office, SAP preferred) and ability to work in absence ! of direct supervision

Ability to treat all information as confidential. Demonstrate a track record of establishing trust, credibility, and influences all level of management and supervisors
