We are seeking friendly, knowledgeable, service-oriented Busser with a passion for hospitality to join the new team for Michael Mina's, The Handle Bar. The Busser/Server Assistant is responsible for assisting with serving food and beverages using hospitality and graciousness in guest interactions. Duties include describing menu features, overseeing table maintenance, and monitoring guest satisfaction. Performs duties in a pleasant, conscientious, fun, energetic, and professional manner. Must be able to operate effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly, ensure smooth service operations and quality service.
Requirements:
1-2 years of fine dining experience.
Extensive food and wine knowledge.
Must be minimum age to serve alcohol.
High school or equivalent education required
Applicants must possess a strong dedication toward learning, and motivation to progress in a fine dining environment. Cleanliness, organization and the ability to work well in a team situation are crucia! l to this position.
