Growth is a critical component of our business plan, and we are currently looking for welders to grow operationally in our Industrial Services division.
Welders fulfill a critical role in our operations. We are currently seeking certified and non-certified welders for our Industrial division that support mining, oil and gas, power generation, and processing customers. Job Duties:
Plant maintenance, crusher rebuilds, conveyor repairs, and various welding repairs/projects.
Welding repairs to large mining equipment including shovels, draglines, haultrucks
Fabrication according to prints
Experience with wire feed (dual shield) preferred
Positive interface with service writers, foreman, parts department and customers.
Keep pa! per work updated and handed in upon completion.
Meet requi! rements for certifications.
Ideal Candidate will possess the following qualities:

The ability to set goals and accomplish them.
The desire to take advantage of certification opportunities to have the most updated product training.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements for Welder:
High school degree or G.E.D.
Must have at least 3-year welding experience with mechanical abilities.
Must have your own set of general tools.
Experience with welding repairs on mining components, i.e. buckets, beds, dippers, track frames
Proficient at welding Dual Shield
Proficient at Air Arcing
Technical degree or certification a plus.
Must be physically able to lift and work with no restrictions.
