Responsible for ! general pool maintenance and upkeep, control admission to the pool and provide general service to guests of the pool. Maintain safety of pool guests in and around the pool using modern preventative Lifeguarding techniques. Responsible for the supervision and scheduling of pool staff. Hand out and collect towels from guests. Make sure the pool area is clean and tidy at all times including the bathrooms. Our season typically runs from mid-May through early October.
REQUIREMENTS:
Red Cross Water Safety Instruction certification
Red Cross Senior or Advanced Lifeguard Training certificates
Red Cross (or equivalent) First Aid certification
CPR certification
Good communication skills
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Previous lifeguard experience
Previous supervisory experience
