Description
Northrop Grumman Information Systems sector is seeking a Quality Assurance / Training Supervisor to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Cheyenne, Wyoming. The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's Health IT, Health and Human Services operating unit which focuses on healthcare IT solutions for our Federal, state, and local government clients.
The Reporting Specialist is responsible for designing and generating CSC standard and ad hoc reports as well as collecting, appropriately formatting, reviewing, and securing the appropriate internal reviews and approvals ! of all reports before submission to Agency in tandem with our ! Compliance Specialist. This individual provides support for special projects and works with the QA Team and Northrop Grumman leaders to identify trends based on report data and take appropriate actions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Performs variety of activities in support of the Wyoming Health Insurance Eligibility and Enrollment System (WY_HIEES) Program.
- Gathers, collects, records, tracks and verifies data and information. Compiles reviews and analyzes data.
- Uses software for Customer Support Center (CSC), to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations.
- May design processes to enhance work flow. Provides data and information to other program members on CSC processes and procedures.
- Schedules required reports and ensures delivery to the intended audience
- Runs standard and ad hoc reports based on stated operational business requirements provided b! y management team
- Assists operations team in development of report requirements and works with State systems staff in determining availability of data or requesting data
- Provides analytical support for any studies requested by the QA/Training Manager
- Creates and maintains report data documentation, including report ownership, data field definitions, and schedule
Basic Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree required; equivalent work experience can be substituted
 0-1 years professional experience in data analysis, research, and report generation
 Experience in public sector administration, outsourcing/production environment, Medicaid and/or CHIP a plus
 Outstanding oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and superior organizational abilities
 Ability to take initiative, to maintain confidentiality, to meet deadlines, and to work in a ! team environment is essential
 Ability to communicate effect! ively with project staff and customers to solve complex issues
 Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with and knowledge of human services programs
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
Understanding of systems design and development processes
