Accounts Payable Analyst

General responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
- Invoice processing using GL accounts, cost centers, WBS elements, SIO numbers
- Working with ! cost details using spreadsheets and reports
- Scanning/sending signed invoices back to vendors
- Creation of new vendor masters and updates to existing ones in Fuego
- Assisting with monthly invoice/paykey accruals
- Vendor management - handling vendor inquiries/issues, payments, etc.
- Rate verification using SMS (Supplier Management System)
- Coordination of the accounts payable financial close at month-end
- Verification of Delegations of Authority
- Support Backbone Deployment
