We are presently seeking to hire for Student Coordinator in LARAMIE, WY (Some relocation may be offered) to:
Establish and maintain relationships with enrolled students and families throughout the enrollment period.
Provide administrative support to the campus and field teams as it relates to student enrollment, timeline and progression.
Coordinate with students and their parents to ensure they complete all pre-start paperwork and requirements.
Manage short term and long term student progression until start of school.
JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
Collaboration with campus and field operations to ensure quality assurance and goal attainment.
Attend all required trainings to remain current on company policies and procedures.
Participate as an active member of the Student Finance department and ensure active communication and cohesive working relationships with all other departments.
Daily, weekly and monthly communication with field management.
Ability to effectively lead and manage the life cycle on strict pre-start deadlines.
Assuring student life cycle benchmarks are achieved.
Ability to overcome objections and obstacles and effectively problem solve.
Provide superior and consistent customer service and answers to student inquiries.
Coordinate with campus and field team to overcome student barriers.
Assist students with all pre-start requirements and paperwork, including travel and transportation, area information, registration, etc.
Maintain good working relationships with campus-based and field contacts.
Enter and maintain accurate and timely notes in CampusVue.
