Our Collection Specialist (Account Recovery) is responsible for providing financial counseling to our members to assist in resolving delinquent accounts. We are seeking an individual who has a proven track record in developing workable solutions to financial challenges. A successful candidate is someone who enjoys electronic research and can maintain accurate and up to date records. Duties: Additional requirements of this position include:
• Successful completion of Financial Counselor Certification
• Ability to perform skip tracing effectively and process charge-offs accurately
• Working knowledge of bankruptcy
• Skilled in providing solutions which build relationships with our members
• Previous experience with repossessions and foreclosures is a plus!
