Branch Manager manages sales, repair & rebuild operations, monitors inventory, controls expenses, maximizes profits and develops new sales. Provides recommendations and customer information in the development and implementation of product improvements and new products to meet the needs of the market.
Bachelor’s degree in business or other related field preferred; a combination of work experience and education will be considered in lieu of degree.
- Five or more years of sales experience a must.
- Ten or more years of industry related experience.
- Knowledge of all industrial products (i.e., construction, mining, etc.).
- Forklift certification required.
- Ability to create and foster excellent customer rapport and relationships.
- Strong computer skills, utilizing an ERP system and Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent inventory management and organizational skills.
- Experience growing Service, Repair and maintenance business initiatives a plus.
