FanDuel Sportsbook is currently seeking a Content Operations Associate to optimize our website's usability and enhance our customer experience and engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing a strategy and operations that capitalize on our market-leading position and leverage significant market opportunities. The Content Operations team at FanDuel Sportsbook plays a pivotal role in shaping the displays and features that users see and interact with across our three main platforms: US online, retail, and Canada online. Our team curates the overall experience of the FanDuel Sportsbook platforms, ensuring that users have the most accessible and efficient journey, and access to the latest features.
As part of the Content Operations team, you will work closely with stakeholders from various departments such as Risk & Trading, Product & Engineering, Marketing, Commercial, and others to deliver an unparalleled sportsbook experience to our users, establishing FanDuel Sportsbook as America's #1 choice for sports betting.
THE GAME PLAN:
Everyone on our team has a part to play
- Create, manage, and publish content on our digital platforms (US, Canada & Retail).
- Regularly monitor and audit platform content to ensure team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to accuracy and precision are met or exceeded.
- Optimize the display of betting markets and promotional content to align with the sporting calendar, including seizing real-time opportunities during live events. This will involve close collaboration with the Risk and Trading teams to provide a comprehensive offering to our users.
- Collaborate with team members and key partners across the business to display relevant content in each state where FanDuel Sportsbook operates. This includes driving localized displays to provide a personalized experience for users.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams on the future User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) of the Sportsbook app. This will involve delivering a cutting-edge and market-leading platform and experience that aligns with the strategy and vision of the FanDuel Brand.
- Continuously refine standard processes used by the Content Operations team to reach maximum efficiency.
- Use data driven metrics to prioritize betting markets and bet types alike. You'll create suggested bets for our customers to engage with.

- Good understanding of digital technologies.
- General US sports knowledge preferred. Global sports knowledge a plus.
- Ability to write clearly and concisely: Strong written communication skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely.
- 1-3 years' experience in a content-focused role: Preferably in the digital or sports industry. Familiarity with content operations and best practices for content creation, publishing, and optimization.
- Ability to interpret and utilize data: Proficiency in interpreting and utilizing data, including the use of data visualization tools such as Tableau, to inform decision-making. Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to optimize content performance and drive strategic decision-making.
- Reliable: This isn't your standard 9am-5pm job. You're willing to work off hours depending on the sporting calendar.

The applicable hourly range for this position is $26.92/hr - $37.02/hr, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation.
This role includes flexible time off (including unlimited paid time off for full-time employees) and 13 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
