Position: Customer Success Specialist
Location: Rowlett (preferred), or Farmers Branch; hybrid options available
Salary: $50-60k based on experience

Summary: Manage the customer experience, from the first point of contact to the conversion, and ensure their satisfaction throughout their lifespan as our customer.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage the connections within our corporate call queue, social media messaging, and online reviews
- Perform IVR and quality assurance testing
- Update and maintain detailed records of incoming leads and their journey
- Handle and keep a record of escalated calls, aspiring to always put our customers first
- Initiate renewals with customers using sales orientation skills
- Take existing customer calls & create service requests
- Invoice & receive payments
- Reconcile failed payments
- Assist with corporate leadership projects
- Analyze data and reports
Qualifications:
- Contact Center Management or similar experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability and motivation to identify and solve problems independently
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, and Google platforms
- Experience with a CRM
- Experience creating and managing SOPs
