Paid Media Associate
We are seeking a talented and motivated Paid Media Associate to support our Paid Media department in the execution of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms. The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in digital advertising and a desire to grow their skills in paid media management.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execution of paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic media buying.
Conduct competitive research and audience targeting analysis to optimize campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and provide ongoing reporting and analysis to the team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and data analytics, to develop effective campaign messaging and targeting strategies.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in paid media management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in digital advertising, with exposure to paid media management preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Analytics software.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Passionate about digital marketing and the sports industry.
