Responsibilities:
Manage the pipeline integrity program for the Wyoming Asset Team. This includes:
Accurate and thorough recordkeeping of all pipeline inspection work that is completed
the review of all pipeline inspection forms submitted by the fields, and modification of the form and training on the form as necessary
Review of spill reports and subsequent development and implementation of an appropriate course of action to address pipeline integrity issues
workin! g with appropriate individual to input pipeline information in! to the CMMS (COGZ or equivalent),
conducting required inspections and tests on pipelines classified as high or medium consequence
Submitting required documentation to Houston on the pipeline integrity program
Conduct training on pipeline integrity management as appropriate for field and office personnel
Continue to further knowledge of pipeline integrity management through attending training classes and obtaining appropriate certifications
Prepare a semi-annual report for Wyoming Asset team management documenting work completed and planned as part of the pipeline integrity management program.
Budget for and monitor applicable project costs
Manage the Cathodic protection system for the Wyoming Asset Team. This includes:
Accurate and thorough recordkeeping to document all cathodic surveys and associated repair work
Monitor and support as needed the semi-annual cathodic surveys that are done in all field areas with cathodic protection in pla! ce
Work with field personnel to address deficiencies found in the semi-annual cathodic surveys
Coordinate and lead routine meetings of all Marathon individuals involved in the cathodic protection surveys, and maintenance and installation of cathodic protection systems
Conduct periodic training on cathodic protection principles and systems for field and office personnel
Continue to further knowledge and understanding of cathodic protection through training classes, obtaining certifications and investigation into potential new value added technologies to monitor cathodic protection systems
Manage cathodic work performed by WBI Energy Services (formerly TCS - Total Corrosion Services) including DOT required survey's and Pipeline Strategies Inc. work including surveys, and coordination of the drilling of new/replacement deep wells and bonding as necessary.
Prepare a semi-annual report for Wyoming Asset Team management on the status of the cathodic protec! tion systems including surveys completed, % of repair work completed, d! eep wells replacements required/completed, etc.
Budget for and monitor applicable project costs
Manage the Chemical program for the Wyoming Asset Team. This includes:
Manage Sole Source Chemical Alliance
Working with chemical provider to ensure that the appropriate chemicals are being used in field applications.
Routinely challenge the chemical provider to review existing applications and potential new technologies.
Work with representatives to maintain pro-active response to field issues
Review ChemTRAK Master sheets & KPI within the first week of each month - challenging Alliance Partners to reconcile between ChemTRAK and actual deliveries to ensure accurate invoicing to MOC.
Coordinate annual chemical usage reviews by the chemical vendor with each field area.
Assist as needed with chemical vendor contract review and negotiations
Assist the field in solving non-routine treatment problems and challenges (scale and corrosion analysis ! and treatment recommendations)
Provide assistance as needed to obtain fluid samples for environmental, safety or regulatory permits
Participate in Chemical Community of Practice Meetings to the benefit of "NAPO".

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in chemistry preferred
10 years of oil and gas experience preferred
The ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks at one time is required. Must possess excellent communication, teamwork, planning, and organizing skills. Must have the ability to recognize environmental and safety hazards in the field and communicate these to the proper personnel while instilling the proper HES focus in workforce.
