We are looking for a capable and friendly individual that can help with technical support fo! r our company’s custom-built software packages. This individual must also be able to do installations and troubleshooting on Windows operating systems, Windows networks and Microsoft Office applications . Candidate also must have knowledge of hardware support such as hard drive removal, RAM upgrades, etc.
We have several large software systems in place that help drive our customers’ businesses. They depend on our software to perform their daily business, so our customer support technicians need to be in-touch and ready to help.
Due to our clients’ growing needs, a new position is open for someone who is interested in the fine art of technical support and having the opportunity to advance into computer programming . If your skills include computer programming, you will have an edge in landing this job.
