The Winter Seasonal Maintenance Technician 1 job r esponsibilities include, but are not limited to: w ith little supervision diagnose and repair minor electrical and plumbing malfunction that would normally occur within a home or small business; perform maintenance tasks that require minimum skills to correct deficiencies occurring to the interior and exterior of the building structure, furniture, fixtures and equipment.
Additional job tasks will include snow and ice removal through the season, recycling removal and closing/opening preventative maintenance on guest rooms and employee housing for the end of season and start of season. Typical hours for this pos! ition run 40 hours per week with two consecutive days off to enjoy the diverse environment of Grand Teton National Park.
This position is available from October 15, 2013 through May 1, 2013
REQUIREMENTS
Prior experience in general maintenance
Valid Driverâs license
Capable of performing moderately strenuous activities
Provide own hand tools
Spoken English to a level to communicate about work needs/directions
PREFERRED SKILL
Plumbing experience
Basic carpentry skills
Electrical experience
Basic computer skills
