Responsible for maintaining all HR Information Systems and for the accuracy of a computerized Master Staffing Guide (HULK). This position takes the lead in seasonal on-boarding, including keying, tracking hires and reply notices and providing up-to-date staffing statistics. Responsible for generating weekly reports, processing position management, terms and transfers. Must be a master at multi-tasking, must be extremely detail oriented and enjoy working with numbers.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience with Excel and Word Perfect
Detail oriented
Able to multi-task
Team Player
Ability to maintain confidential information, exercise patience and work well under pressure
PREFERRED SKILLS:
1 to 2 years experiences in a Human Resources Department
Previous experience maintaining statistics
Previous experience working with People Soft and/or Success Fac! tors, or other HRIS
