Sinclair Oil Corporation has an opening for a full-time Corporate Turnaround & Construction Office Manager to be located at th! e Sinclair Wyoming Refinery. The Office Manager will report to the Corporate Refinery Turnaround Group located in Salt Lake City, Utah. The Office Manager will coordinate the influx and exodus of contractors for routine and Turnaround maintenance and Capital Projects. In addition to siting and providing offices for the Contractors, the Manager will be responsible for contract oversight, procurement by contractors of Sinclair materials and receipt/secured storage of Capital Project and Turnaround Materials. This position will provide support to Corporate Turnaround Group Managers, Supervisors, planners in the preparation and execution of Capital Projects and Turnarounds for Sinclair’s two Wyoming refineries. During non-turn around periods, the Office Manager will also provide necessary support for Capital Projects group. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of five to ten (5- 10) years’ experience in a refinery or petrochemical facility, a minimum five (5) years’! experience in office support of turnaround planning and execu! tion activities and/or five (5) years’ experience in office support for project construction activities. Strong organizational skills are required along with knowledge of the procurement/expediting processes, Maximo, Word, Excel and similar software packages.
