We have opportunity ! for highly motivated sales professionals to join our sales/project management team based in Denver, Colorado Springs, Ft. Collins, Colorado and Cheyenne, Wyoming.
As a sales subcontractor, you will be able to build your own lucrative contracting business selling from the unique position of insurance carrier preferred service provider. Receive appointments to meet with policyholders of 9 major insurance carriers that back our warranty of repairs urgently needed from storm-related damages to homeowner property. Closing ratio on these jobs is 80%, and 1-Derful Roofing received network contractor of the year in 2012.
Work independently or as part of a team, as little or as much as you want. Typically, salesman will earn the annual gross working 7-9 months a year and enjoy the benefits of relaxing and recharging thru the winter.
Responsibilities:
Follow thru on appointments to sell residential and commercial roofing and restoration jobs as a! preferred contractor recommended by the homeowner’s insuran! ce carrier. Contract with property owners, scope jobs, work with insurance company adjusters, and assist property owners with claim settlement, client satisfaction and customer service.
Increase the profitability of your jobs by selling additional product lines such as weatherization upgrades, solar, or remodeling work, while building your referral base.
In addition to onsite job training, certification course work includes HAAG Residential and Commercial Roofing Inspector, First Choice Repair Program and Contractor Connection, GAF Master Elite field installation certifications, Air-Vent attic ventilation, grid-tied PV sales, home energy efficiency and weatherization. 1-Derful covers these certification costs.
Requirements:
Motivation, desire, and attitude to succeed Project management skills with an eye toward customer satisfaction and job completion on schedule, well-organized, detail-oriented, and familiarity with project estimating ! software and CRM programs helpful. Required to establish and register your own sole proprietor or LLC with the CO Sec of State to work as a subcontractor sales/project manager. Experience with insurance claims process beneficial, not required. Must have lap-top, reliable transportation, and basic inspection tools such as a ladder, tape measure, and camera.
Compensation:
As a subcontractor sales/project management specialist, your commission-based contract will be negotiated according to experience and sales volume. Average performing sales/project managers will typically earn between $100k and $250k.
