Description: Transfield Services is employing Pipeline Foreman right now, this job will be placed in Wyoming. Detailed specification about this job opportunity kindly read the description below. The RMR (Rocky Mountain Region) TS (Transfield Services) daily maintenance pipeline foreman has responsibility for managing all daily field crew activities and coordinating with P66 (Phillips 66) for scheduling and work execution. The foreman and crew will cover (1) of (4) remote established geographical areas between (4) mountain region states. Frequent travel is required to execute scheduled field work. OT will be occasionally required. Typical daily maintenance scope executions are pipeline anomalies, line locating, ROW clearing, smart pig launching and retrieval set ups, line reconditioning, sleeve installations, hot tie ins, and line marking. Terminal space executions include piping demolitions with new installations, gate and check valve change outs, cathodic protection device removal and new installations, pipe support change outs, general laborer duties, general civil duties, line wrapping, and general preventative maintenance activities. The RMR TS pipeline foreman will be responsible to lead the TS field crews in an effective way in order to net measureable, positive field performance including safety, productivity, team morale, quality, and client satisfaction. He/she will be required to collaborate positively and with all field craftsmen, clients, TS pipeline superintendent, and TS support staff personnel in order to net positives business outcomes. The RMR TS pipeline foreman will also be required to seek business growth opportunities while interacting with direct P66 clients.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Key Work Experiences/Education:
·

High school education or equivalent.

·

Minimum 5 years oil & gas/pipeline construction/industrial experience and minimum 1 year in a lead or step up role.

Technical/Functional competencies required for selection:
Ability to create and maintain a safe and healthy working environment

Must be able to follow and comprehend supervisor’s instructions.

Must have the ability to perform basic math skills, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Must be fluent at reading, speaking, and writing English.

Must be able to maintain communications with TIMEC supervisors of job status and current assigned responsibilities.

Must be able to maintain a clean jobsite free of tripping hazards and unnecessary obstacles.

Must have computer skills (Excel, Word & Outlook).

Must be organized and have clerical/administrative experience.

Review and be intimately familiar with P66 master daily work and annual forecast schedule and work with craftsmen and P66 work activity coordinators to successfully plan/complete all scheduled work.

Field responsibilities:
·

Arrive to work fully booted and suited before start of each work day

·

Ensure crews are fit for duty at the start of each work day

·

Host morning safety tailgates to review day’s work is clear and full JSA review

·

Be hands on working foreman to accomplish task at hand when vacancies demand.

·

Ensure all performed work is continuously monitored for complete compliance to safety, quality, and productivity.

Establish strong relations with main P66 contact report and ensure client satisfaction.

Gauge employee morale and positively influence.

Manage any personnel conflicts to closure. * Receive TS pipeline superintendent and TS HR (Human Resources) manager counsel.

Communicate regularly as appropriate to P66 clients, foreman, clients, TS pipeline superintendent, and internal TS support staff regarding;

o

Field Safety issues (collaborate with TS safety manager)

o

Resource changes

o

Schedule changes

o

Scheduled and unscheduled vacancies

o

Delays or unexpected issues arising from tools, equipment, and consumable deliveries that may adversely impact work execution

o

Upcoming events, projects, mandates, that may impact team individuals or work execution.

Attend each weekly safety concall with vocal participation and input.

Document job audits 2x per week to ensure conformity to TS safe work practices and best work practice standards.

Work closely with procurement manager to ensure timely delivery of any equipment, material, or consumable required to complete work.

Ensure all field equipment is fully utilized.

Ensure all billable items used (equipment, per diem, fuel, materials, labor) are captured on each daily timesheet

Perform periodic audits for tool and asset inventories

Perform periodic integrity checks/inspections on:
o

Fleet trucks

o

Heavy equipment

o

Trailers

o

Specialized tooling

·

Look for field business improvements:
o

Personnel

o

Equipment

o

Work practices

o

Client work practice

·

Perform light administration tasks such as:
·

E filing timesheets

·

E filing expense reports

·

E filing field audit forms

·

E filing SIAR forms

·

E filing purchase requests

·

E filing labor requisitions

·

E filing employee discipline forms

·

Email correspondences

Safety:
·

Assure all Company and Client Policy and Procedures are being adhered to, including

monitoring and training for all site P&P changes or updates.

·

Assure that safety performance is consistent with TRANSFIELD and Client’s goals.

·

Provide and monitor suggestions for improvement / safety programs.

·

Assure Hold employees accountable for safety violations or non compliance and make sure

appropriate disciplinary action is followed.

·

Participate in daily and weekly safety meetings.

·

Participate in all Transfield R&E and Client Safety initiatives including new Safety training programs as available

·

Review and understand job specific safety plans

·

Participate in daily and weekly MFO and JHA Audits

·

Work with the Safety and training department to ensure employees are current

and up to

date on all required safety training.

Human Resources:
·

Meet with new employees assigned to their crew to make sure employee has the right attitude, qualifications and skills required to perform tasks they may be assigned to.

·

Work with site management on HR related issues

Turnaround Execution:
·

Share best practices crews.

·

Understand budget and schedule expectations

·

Assure that they have all necessary resources to perform their assigned work

·

Identify barriers and opportunities to implement best practices.

·

Communicate with Client’s location contacts frequently to assure that all expectations are being met.

·

Understand and Monitor expectations during turnarounds

·

Assure all resource requirements are documented and pre-approved by the client.

Client Relations:
·

Communicate with Client location contacts daily to assure that all expectations are being met.

·

Champion change initiatives that will ultimately improve systems with in the refinery.

Quality Control:
·

Assure that Transfield and Client’s Quality Control procedures are utilized and consistent with common goals.

·

Address quality issues and take appropriate actions to eliminate future occurrences.

·

Report and track re-work

Training:
·

Complete all TRANSFIELD’s annual Integrity Training Modules and participate in

all other annual Supervisor training being offered

·

Ensure skills assessments and training programs are getting utilized to improve overall employee performance.

·

Cost Reductions:
·

Document and report the value-added performance to site management.

·

Implement and monitor incentive programs

·

Implement cost savings ideas as approved by site management.

Must be able to work long hours and all shift schedules that may be up to seven days a week for extended duration’s of up to 8 weeks or more.

Successful candidate must meet all conditions of Transfield Services Resources & Energy Drug and Alcohol testing requirements as a condition of employment.

Drug/alcohol screening is administered post-offer and pre-employment.
